The Helin Alto Sax Pull Through combines a synthetic cloth material with a counterweight sewn inside a material chord. Firstly you drop the chord with the counterweight down the inside of the alto sax. Secondly pull on the chord and pull the remainder of the synthetic cloth all the way through. Thus enabling to clean the moisture away from the inside of the alto sax that has built up while playing.
