The Helin Alto Sax Pull Through combines a leather cloth material with a counterweight sewn inside a material chord. Firstly you drop the chord with the counterweight down the inside of the alto sax. Secondly pull on the chord and pull the remainder of the leather cloth all the way through. Thus enabling to clean the moisture away from the inside of the alto sax that has built up while playing.
